By accessing or using the services provided by Libs-to-Clips (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies or guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service.
Libs-to-Clips is a web service that allows users to create music video playlists on YouTube based on music collections that they import. A collection can be imported from third-party services, files or publicly accessible resources or manually created by the user. Once a collection is created, the Service will use it to curate and generate playlists with relevant music videos, which can be managed, viewed, and compared within the platform.
Libs-to-Clips does not manage user accounts directly. Instead, we use Google as an identity provider, and access to the Service is available only to users who have an active account with Google and YouTube. By using the Service, you confirm that you have a valid Google/YouTube account and that you authorize us to use Google’s authentication system to grant you access. You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you should notify Google immediately. Libs-to-Clips is not responsible for any issues related to your Google or YouTube account.
Libs-to-Clips integrates with third-party services such as Apple Music, Spotify and YouTube. By connecting these third-party accounts, you authorize Libs-to-Clips to access your music data (such as songs, artists, and playlists) from these services. You may browse, modify and download the collections you import into Libs-to-Clips, whatever their source, exclusively for the purpose of using them with Libs-to-Clips. You acknowledge that your use of these third-party services is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the functionality or availability of third-party services. Any issues or disputes related to your third-party accounts must be addressed directly with the respective service provider.
Besides streaming services, Libs-to-Clips can import music from content you provide: pasted text, uploaded files such as screenshots or saved web pages, and addresses of publicly accessible web pages. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. By submitting it, you confirm that you have the right to use it this way, and that it does not contain other people's personal data or any confidential information. The content is used only to extract names of songs and artists, which become your collection; the content itself is not kept once the import is complete.
Imported content is read by an automated system based on an artificial intelligence language model. Its reading may be incomplete or inaccurate: songs or artists may be missed, misread or attributed incorrectly. You can review and correct your collection before using it, and Libs-to-Clips gives no guarantee that an import reflects the submitted content exactly.
When you import from a web address, the Service retrieves that page once, on your behalf and at your request. Only pages that are open to everyone can be imported: the Service does not sign in to websites and does not bypass any access restrictions. You are responsible for making sure that the page may be accessed this way, and that its use complies with the terms of the website that publishes it. Imports by users who have not signed in are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, to which the Google Terms of Service apply.
Users can create and manage playlists with help of Libs-to-Clips. However, you acknowledge that:
Your privacy is important to us. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy including data collected from third-party services.
Libs-to-Clips is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Service or its content. You agree that your use of the Service is at your own risk, and neither we nor any integrated third parties are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, data loss, service interruptions, or access issues with third-party platforms.
Libs-to-Clips reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you accept the modified terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with applicable local, state, and international laws. You may not:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Libs-to-Clips. The Terms also cover and protect the services of third parties Google, Apple and Spotify. They are entitled to enforce the compliance to these terms from their side if necessary.
